David Glavina, CRA, P.App., B.Mus. is a residential appraiser located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada specializing in the valuation of both urban and rural residential real estate throughout the province.
As a residential appraiser with a CRA designation, his experience includes: residential home purchases, refinancing and bank switch assignments, full appraisals and drive-by appraisal assignments of rural and urban properties. Assignments include single family dwellings, duplex, triplex and fourplexes, condominiums, raw land appraisals and progress inspections with Adelaide Wexford Real Estate Services, having completed assignments for the major Canadian banking institutions, including: the Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Nova Scotia, TD Bank, Bank of Montreal, Genworth Financial, CMHC, as well as other private listing advisory and estate appraisal assignments.
David’s experience includes residential real estate listing and sales as a Manitoba REALTOR® with Century 21 Bachman and Coldwell Banker Preferred Real Estate.
In addition to appraisal and real estate sales experience, he has a background in business information technology (Red River Polytechnique, College of Science & Technology).
David also has a Bachelor of Music degree (B.Mus) in violin performance from the University of British Columbia and has traveled extensively throughout the world as a classical musician.
